To make a Roads2Thailand travel tour reservation, please send 'one separate reservation e-mail for each tour traveler' containing the ten (10) information items found below to:

This name must be 'identical' to that found on Traveler's passport
 

 

 (2)  Age and Gender of Tour Traveler

 

 (3)  Expiration date of passport

 

 (4)  Number of blank pages in passport 

 

 (5)  E-Mail address for Tour Traveler

 

 (6)  Mailing address for Tour Traveler 

 

 (7)  Contact telephone number(s) for Tour Traveler 

 

 (8)  The Roads2Thailand travel tour (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or Custom) and
the associated departure date being requested
 

 

 (9)  Will Tour Traveler be booking his/her own flights to
and from Bangkok
 

 

 (10)  Mode of payment:  Check, Wire Transfer, PayPal 

 


*  The above table is not for entering Tour Reservation Information, but can be used as a checklist for entering all information required to make a reservation e-mail sent to 'Reservations@Roads2.com' - please send one separate reservation e-mail for each tour traveler requesting a  travel tour


Upon receipt of the reservation, a 'tour deposit' e-mail invoice will be sent to each tour traveler to secure space on the Roads2Thailand travel tour that has been requested.  Upon receipt of a 'tour deposit' for a reserved tour, the requested travel tour will be guaranteedA notification e-mail of this travel tour guarantee will be sent.  Also, the Roads2.Com Pre-Tour Boutique-Style Travel Kit will be sent to the tour traveler's mailing address.

Per the Terms & Conditions, a 'balance of tour price' e-mail invoice will be sent to each tour traveler
100 days prior to the tour depature date.  Receipt of this payment must be received 90 days prior to tour departure date.

If 'TOUR IS UNAVAILABLE', an e-mail to notify 'space not available on the desired specific tour and departure date' will be sent to the requesting tour traveler.  Also included in this e-mail will be 'available departure dates' for the same specific tour.
